Maison Chaumet x Evans Mbugua
In 2018, Maison Chaumet, a high jewellery house and Evans Mbugua collaborated to take an artistic trip around Africa through jewellery. This led to the TRÉSORS D’AFRIQUE collection. Espièglerie, designed by Evans Mbugua, is composed of six brooches, one of which (the ants) can be transformed into earrings. It revisits the classic animalistic theme inspired by stories from his childhood and playful observations of wild animals from his country, Kenya.

In 2016, Evans Mbugua collaborated with XULY BËT, the Parisian haute couture house, to design a series of patterned eyewear for the Spring/Summer 2017 New York Fashion Week.
